Q. What are the smallest and largest sizes you can make?

 Up to 1800mm long by up to 300mm deep, up to 1500mm long by up to 400mm deep, and up to 1200mm long by up to 800mm deep.

Q. What kind of power supply is required?

Pixalux® panels use either 12V or 24V depending on the LED. We supply high quality power supplies fully compliant with Australian standards.

Q. Can Pixalux® be used as a lighting source?

Yes, especially where an integrated light source is desired. Please request a sample to confirm suitability for your project.

Q. How heavy is a Pixalux® panel?

Panels weigh 18.9 kg/m².

Q. How thick are Pixalux® panels?

Panels are 16mm thick.

Q. What is the lead time?

Typically 3 weeks from order.

Q. Where is Pixalux® made?

Pixalux® panels are manufactured in Campbellfield, Victoria, Australia.

Q. Is there a cost different between single and double sided panels?

There is no cost difference as materials and labour are the same.

Q. Can Pixalux® panels be used outside?

No, Pixalux® panels themselves are not IP rated. They can be used within a protective enclosure.

Q. How much weight can Pixalux® panels hold?

As shelves, panels can hold up to 13kg per lineal metre.

Q.  What is the lifespan?

Our LED's have an L70 lifespan of 50,000 hours.  That's over 13 years If used 10 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Q.  What types of light are available?

There are 3 types of light as standard: Pixalux® white (cool white - 5700k), adjustable colour temperature white (3000k - 6500k), and full adjustable colour (RGB).

Q. Can you do different coloured edges?

Yes, we have 4 different edge finishes: White, black, brushed aluminium, and glowing (opal).

Q. Can you have different coloured extrusion profiles?

Yes, our extrusion profiles are available in white, black, and natural anodised.
